This project is an excellent example of an assisted living residence developed for market-rate low-income residents and was realized successfully with minimal budget (48us$ sq.ft). No compromise was made on the quality of the renovation of the four historic schools and the project manages to connects the four buildings, of different elevations, with a barrier free circulation system.
