Can a device of any sort be used to look at the site in a different way? Since propaganda and publicity are, among other things, about changing - distorting – one’s point of view about politics or products, the site may as well be distorted.

To achieve this, I used a small mirror while taking pictures of the site. This method permits to juxtapose elements that are normally seen separately and to play with scales. It also reveals the importance/unimportance in the landscape of some elements.

Since the building has to be seen from afar and be easily noticeable, this method also permits to study the visual relation between the site and the places it can be seen from.
