program description
friday april 15, 2005:
the program will be principally base on creating public space.
- exposition space, storage, laboratories: space where exposition to sensitize the people to the importance of water through different kind of media (painting, sculpture, information exposition, ...)
- restaurant, caffé: create spaces where people are interacting between each other and also with water
- plazza, public area: create spaces where people are interacting between each other and also with water
- pools, changing rooms: create spaces where people interact in water and giving to those space special quality that are not seen usually

tuesday march 1, 2005:
- aquarium facility
- aquatic sport facility
bringing to closely related to water program and combine them in a same building. creating a complex of bassin playing with each other to allows different views, light plays,... (see concept one)

choice of program
i decide to go for a wider program because i wanted to relate to more people, that i wanted to make them concious about water.

every part of the program should be public oriented
