Concept II 
First stages of nutrient removal begin in the lowest subterranean level. Images below show a large pool for settling and hint at the need for mechanical equipment on this level. 
Craig Pump station has sewage pumping equipment in a partially subterranean level (images on right). The treatment equipment within the factory will have some sort of a link with the pump house equipment even if it is only visual. |
