The Israel Museum, Shrine of the Book,
Jerusalem
Frederick Kiesler & Armand Bratos
The corridor leading to the main hall of the Shrine of the Book resembles
a cave, recalling the surroundings in which the ancient manuscripts
were discovered.
The display in the center is designed to look like the end of a scroll
handle.
One Scroll is on display at the center. Fragments of other scrolls
are displayed around the wall of the museum.
