U3 - fall - performing arts center

The concept for the performing arts center came from the desire to articulate the notion of "theatre" arising from both public and private elements. The intersection of the two geometric shapes unites the two sectors into a performance space. Great attention was paid to movement and flow throughout the building, and to creating spaces that can be closed off to exist separately from the others.
