First floor : Large guard room, Cell for the prisoners,
Storage, Public and Private offices, Kitchen
Second floor: Public and Private offices, Multi-purpose room.
The upper floors and the roof are connected by a stairway in the eastern tower built in wrought iron with marble treads.
The western tower reaches a height of 80 ft from the ground, and was used for drying fire hoses
that supplied water to steamships. The total floor area of the building is
1,625 square meter.
The eastern facade of the building seems to be the most appropriate facade
for an extension of the building.
