- McKinsey began this project as an exercise in research and development
by identifying ideas of workplace design
- Attention was paid to the design of working places for client meetings
   and spaces for employees
- Although ecological issues were not addressed in its development, the
building is a well-crafted human scale look at good office design
- The material palette is rich and natural

- Iron-rich grey Owen Sound stone used on the façade
- Windows are teak and mahogany frames with dark reddish tones and
   thin vertical mullions
- Low garden walls set boundaries and enclose exterior courtyards
