The 43 000 square foot building consists two components - the wine production areas and the public activities - united within a large simple building form. The roof is a continuous floating structure supported by full-span wood trusses, inspired by traditional agricultural buildings.

A simple material palette is used throughout, with cement board exterior cladding and rubble stone walls, concrete floors and vaults, rough plaster, and sliding oak screens.
