This project, though it was not realized completely by the state, proposed a new art center in the southern half of Pont Montbenon, and a design of the Metropont. What I find interesting is the relation of the street and the buildings. The newly proposed bridges for example serve a dual-function: public and commercial activities in the core, and pedestrian traffic above. They also diverge the pedestrian movement into the building causing intersection between two programs, that of the mass movement and of the building.

The final scheme was a new underground railway station connected to various levels above. It was an interface, and a momentary stop along the multiple routes.
