Building regulations

Although There are many regulations that govern the built form at the settlement, I think that they are flexible at this early stage of development. 

Residential building limits: 

 
lot size:  280 square meter
allowable building area: 180 square meters

lot size: 500
allowable building area: 280 square meters

only two storey built form is permitted
and a partial basement is permitted where there the slop is steep. 
 

Height

 
Shingle roof:   min of 2 meter from the ground to the start of the slop and 9.8 meters in total. 
Flat roof:  max of 9.05 meters. 

A continuous portion of the wall can not rise above the ground more that 6.8 meters and more than 2 meters if the wall is recessed in the structure.
