This is a claustrophobic passage (left), but quiet and seemingly far removed from the noise of near surroundings. Upon arriving at the narrow corner, the view suddenly opens to the grassy slope and its poplars. A most welcome relief, an urban exhalation; Perhaps the view ought to remain open with this end in mind. Any additional massing intended for the site should not subtract from its transparent simplicity.
