EuroCOM:

A video-production company (EuroCOM) within a mixed-use urban complex: An exploration in the idea of the palazzo

The complex, in essence, includes two buildings, the Ars building which houses a philosophy café on its ground floor and an art gallery above, and a Hi-tech building housing, EuroCOM and a computer store. Both are organized around a common three-story high, sky-lit hall, which traverses the complex longitudinally, hence serving as a block-through passage. It opens onto a paved, terraced courtyard on its south side, onto which the cafe can spill and expand to the outdoor.

Although the spaces here have been well defined to house their respective functions, the hall is open onto three mezzanine levels that allow interaction between their various dwellers and users.
