This was a two week project given by Prof. Radoslav Zuk (fall 1998).  The project was to design a nature observatory
in the Laurentians, Quebec.  The concept was derived from a rock falling from the surrounding mountains, being sliced
along its planes on landing at the site.  The process of circulation through and on the building was explored.  The central
block housed the circulation core. Support activites are found on the ground floor while the two projecting glass "atriums"
are the observatories. The roof terraces of the side wings are also accesible from these observatories.
