DIGITAL VERSION

Integrated Files

powerpoint presentations: Ensure that each powerpoint presentation does not exceed 2MB. Make sure your images do not exceed 72 dpi. Save your powerpoint presentations "as slide show" to further reduce the size of the file.

Integrated files are the preferred format. However if you are using individual files:

Individual Text Files

Use *.html or *.htm files as saved from word (or equivalent programs)
(choose "webpage (*.html or *.htm)" from the menu of extensions when you "save as")

Individual Image Files

photos/toned images: Use JPEG files of max 72 dpi, save at size to be displayed.
line/vector images and diagrams: Use GIF files, as above.
