Sketching School Fermissage
Join us for the fermissage of this year’s sketching school exposition! MHAR Exhibition Room at 5:00pm this Thursday.

Pointe-a-Caillere raconte par son architecte
The Pointe-a-Caillere museum is organizing a conference with Dan Hanganu on the topic of the archaeological city and the history of Montreal. There will be also a guided tour of the museum and a cocktail. Students get a special price of 35$.

Plateau 2.0: Exhibition
There will be an exhibition of recent projects in Plateau Mont-Royal by various firms with the vernissage at 5:00pm followed by a moderated discussion (as part of the lecture series), "Rebuilding the Plateau," at 6:00 p.m. in Room G-10, with Marc-Andre Carignan (moderator), Tom Balaban, Lisa-Marie Fortin, and Stephane Rasselet.

Pre-departure Orientation For Students in Exchange
If you are travelling internationally on a university-related activity in the Winter 2016 there will be a pre-departure orientation session in Leacock. This is mandatory and if you have not done it yet please register here.

McGill Real Estate Club Networking Cocktail
The Real Estate Club at McGill invites all Architecture Students to its annual networking cocktail. This is an excellent opportunity to meet professionals in the real estate industry - developers, brokers, investors and bankers.The cocktail is taking place on Tuesday, November 24th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., on the second floor of the Bronfman building. Food and some refreshments will be served!!

Habitat for Humanity Collegiate Challenge Trip
McGill Students for Habitat for Humanity Montreal (MSHFHM) are opening up their applications for their Collegiate Challenge Trip (takes place from February 27th to March 6th 2016), where you could visit Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and consolidate the theoretical terms for the beams of a house, like joist or load, that you learned in U1.
